About

After over 25 years leading HR inside larger organizations, I saw how easily corporate HR becomes about policies instead of people. The more I worked in that world, the more obvious it became that real leadership development and people-first support were rarely the priority.

At the same time, I watched small business owners in my own life including my wife, family, and friends trying to lead teams with little to no guidance. They were rockstars in their fields, but no one ever taught them the people side of running a business.

That realization showed me I could have a bigger impact by stepping away from corporate and focusing on the businesses that truly need people-first leadership. That is why I created WellPeople Solutions, to support small businesses where every person matters and genuine leadership actually makes a difference.

My mission is simple: To help micro and small business owners develop their leadership mindset and build simple, people-centered systems that turn challenges into strengths, creating workplaces where teams are valued, chaos calms, and businesses grow with intention.

  • Yes—just a simple one. As an independent contractor, we use a straightforward agreement to make sure expectations are clear and aligned from the start. This includes a brief Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the services we’ll provide, the associated costs, and an estimated timeline, unless we’re working together in an ongoing partnership.

  • Payment terms are clearly outlined in the agreement and Statement of Work before work begins. We do not require a deposit as long as payment is made within 30 days of invoicing. For larger projects or ongoing partnerships, we may agree on milestone-based billing or a monthly retainer—always discussed and aligned upfront to keep things simple and transparent.

  • That’s completely fine. We’re always happy to talk through a question, whether that’s a quick conversation or a short call, to help you gain clarity and confidence. If a discussion uncovers something that requires follow-up action or formal support, we’ll be transparent about that and walk you through any next steps grounded in best practices, legal considerations, and ethical guidance.

  • Yes. Your trust matters to us, and protecting your privacy is a core part of how we work. We handle all conversations and personal information with care, following ethical standards and best practices, and we never share client information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
